Happy March! I always get excited with the end of winter and beginning of spring.
We have many fun activities planned for our club. We will have our Membership Tea on March 24, 2018 from 1:00-3:00 at the Rusted Rail Country Club. Please put this on your calendar. Bring your friends and your favorite tea cup. It will be a fun time: food, fashion show and fellowship. Remember we do not have a regular monthly meeting in March. Our membership luncheon takes the place of that meeting.
March also indicates the end of our primary season. This year we have many primary candidates, with elections ending on March 6; but primary run-offs will be in May. We need to keep working for our candidates. To support our candidates, KCRW is hosting a Run-Off Candidate Dating Event on April . We will once again return to the beautiful facility in Crandall. This will be an opportunity to get to know the candidates in the run-off in a unique way; asking them questions as they move from table to table. Please attend: you will meet candidates and it will be also be our April meeting.
We have exciting months coming…please join us as we make Kaufman County government better.
