Hi ladies, I hope you each one have had a great summer…like all good things..this too must end. I love summertime and I was always sad when my kids returned to school. The routine would return, the house would get quiet again. Wait one minute I like those things! Oh well, those were the years.
With that being said, yes, it is time to get back in the routine of our monthly meetings. We will resume meeting on the regularly scheduled Saturday of each month ( this is the 3rd Saturday) starting August 20 at the Farm Bureau office in Kaufman. We have a light snack starting around 9:30 and meeting begins promptly at 10:00. Please try to come and bring a friend. We are entering a critical time with the up coming November election. We need to get as many women/men involved in this county as possible.
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone back at the meetings. Be sure to mark you calendar and I’ll see you then.
