Attention all members!!! Bunco is just around the corner and we are needing each one to participate. It is an exciting evening with so much laughter, screaming and just good ole fun. Of course we can’t exclude doing a little shopping too through the auction items. Food, fun, a little wine and women….perfect scenario for a great evening.With this we need you. If you have not yet been contacted by one of the committees please reach out to one of the chairpersons and let them know what you can do. We need Salads from everyone, desserts if you want to bring as well. We need auction items. We need people to attend and we need Sponsors. So with that, please feel free to contact me if you need anything to help you with anything at all.
If you have a card table we could use it that night..I’ll pick it up from if you need me to.
To refresh your memory this will take place Saturday, October 13th at the Kaufman Fair Grounds. There is plenty of parking. Doors open at 5:30.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday October 8th at Alfredo’s in Forney at 6:30. Committee members we will meet at 5:30 to finalize our details.Our program will be “BUNCO 101”…let’s play together so we will have the rules down this year this way you can help guide the tables. It can get confusing. This will be our last business meeting for the year. We will not meet again until our Christmas party on December 2nd. And we will be returning to the Orman Farm in Scurry. I will be sending our more info as it gets closer so, for now, mark your calendar for Sunday, December 2nd.
It’s a busy time but for such a great cause. Let’s work together to gain another successful fund raiser for KCRW.
