President's Message

Kaufman County Republican Women are up and going in full swing! Hope everyone is revived after their spring breaks.
I want to say a special thank you to our membership committee that made our 2nd Annual Membership Tea a wonderful success. The tables were beautiful decorated, the food was delicious, the program was interesting and moreover; we added new members. Welcome new members!
Campaign season is still going strong in Kaufman County. Our candidates did a great job in the primary, but we still are not done with the primaries. We have seven remaining run-off races that affect our county. To inform the public about these candidates our club is hosting a Run-Off Forum on April 16, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Rusted Rail Clubhouse in Crandall, Texas. Please come, bring your questions- let’s get to know our candidates even more. Remember the Run-Off Election is May 22, 2018.
We have had our membership tea and our candidate forum, but we must get back to regular business before we have our summer break in June and July. Our business meeting and program for May will be back at the Rusted Rail for an evening meeting on May 14, 2018 from 6:30-8:00 pm. We are testing an evening schedule for your convenience. Please bring your Associate member with you. It should be an informative meeting and program. Hope to see everyone out!
