“April showers bring May flowers…” is an expression that illuminates the beautiful Texas spring before we begin our hot summer. Our meeting this month is on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rusted Rail Clubhouse in Crandall, Texas. Come join us for what will be a beautiful Texas evening and an even better program- that you will not soon forget! Our speaker and special guest is Nick Adams. He is the founder of FLAG, the Foundation for Liberty and American Greatness. Let’s invite our Associate Members to attend. They will enjoy the program as well.
After our guest speaker, we will have our business meeting. Along with our regular business items on the agenda, please think about who our club would like to nominate as an honoree for the Tribute to Women Luncheon. The honorees from each club around the state will be honored at the Republican Party of Texas Convention on June 15, 2018 in San Antonio at the Grand Hyatt at noon. I believe we have many worthy members that could be considered for an Honoree for their hard work in our club.
We have done so much great work for our candidates; please bring your campaign hours to turn into Linda Sewell. Also don’t forget, the Run-Off Election is May 22, 2018.
We have lots to discuss before we have our summer break. Hope to see everyone at the meeting!!
